菲戈方发声明致歉：胜利联盟欠薪教练 已终止合作

近日，有成都媒体报道称，当地一家名为“胜利联盟菲戈足球学院成都分院”的足球学校现已关门停业，各负责人均已失去联系，而多名已经缴纳了学费的学员或面临退费无门的尴尬处境。

消息一出，胜利联盟甚至菲戈遭受了广泛质疑。12月15日，菲戈足球学院经理华金委托体坛加发出声明，菲戈将终止与胜利联盟进行的合作，声明内容如下：

敬启者：

To Whom It May Concern,

胜利联盟自2014年起通过菲戈足球学院提供其足球训练领域的专业知识。近日，在中国（社交）媒体上出现胜利联盟停训、违约的相关报道，并提及菲戈足球学院和路易斯o菲戈先生本人。特此郑重声明，由于胜利联盟未履行其与菲戈足球学院及路易斯o菲戈先生之间的合约，我们迫于无奈已经终止与胜利联盟的合作。

Winning League has engaged the Figo Football Academy back in 2014 to render its expertise in the field of football training. Recently, there has been (social) media coverage in China about the non-performance of Winning League. In such coverage the name of the Figo Football Academy and Mr. Luís Figo himself, have been mentioned. With this statement we would like to clarify that Winning League has failed to perform its obligations under the agreement with the Figo Football Academy and Mr. Luís Figo and therefore we had no other choice to end our collaboration with Winning League.

纵使胜利联盟欠付本地及外援教练和工作人员（均受聘于胜利联盟）的工资，我们仍竭尽全力地坚持培训计划。然而情非所愿，在胜利联盟连续欠发数月工资的情况下，教练及工作人员迫不得已决定离开胜利联盟。

Even when Winning League failed to pay the salaries of the local and foreign football coaches and staff (that were all employed by Winning League), we have done our outmost to stick to the training schedule. However, after not being paid for several months, the coaches and staff were forced to make the decision to leave Winning League.

对于胜利联盟所造成的局面，我们深表歉意，也衷心希望能继续回归工作，通过我们的足球教育课程，为实现中国少年和家庭的梦想不遗余力。

We are very sorry about the situation created by Winning League and we hope that we can continue our work to help Chinese children and families to realize their dreams following our football educational program.

此前，根据成都媒体的报道，菲戈足球学院的一名学员报名仅4天后，便发现训练场大门紧锁，整个学院已经人去楼空。目前，整个足球学院已经停训三个月。此前，学院负责人表示，菲戈依然希望能够继续与“胜利联盟”合作，目前公司只是遇到了经济困难。不过停训至今，学员剩余的学费也未予退还。早在2016年10月，广州日报就曾报道了该学院广州分院突然关门的事件，家长们同样没有拿到退费。
